Could you please confirm if you have tried the below steps:
1. Tried with different ethernet cable?
2. Tried with different port on the switch or different poe injector?
If you still face the issue after the above steps are followed, the please contact our support team and raise an RMA for the replacement.
Is this a Lennar homes setup?
