Help tuning R710's in 3 story home environment.

I have 3 R710's running Unleashed. The first, in the basement, mounted on the ceiling (facing down), wired to a switch and acting as the master. The second, on the main floor, sitting in a TV console (facing up), wired to a switch, and acting as a root for #3. The third, meshed wireless on the upstairs floor, sitting on a dresser and facing up. All powered by POE+. I would like to know the best way to set each radio (channels, channelization, TX power, and radio control options outlined under the SSID options, etc) as well as any other global settings I should set (Channelfly vs background scanning, radio control settings, etc).

On top of that, I have an outdoor AP (TP Link EAP225) that is about 35 feet from the AP on the main floor. I would also like to know about any radio settings I should change to work best with the unleashed network. Right now that outdoor AP is broadcasting a seperate SSID, but I wonder if I should match it to the main network SSID if I am able to tune the radios right for a client side hand-off, essentially extending the indoor SSID.
