Can connected to wifi but no internet

Hi, I am using Ruckus Zoneflex R500 for my building, I have a problem, all of the old tenants can connect to the wifi and internet works fine, but the new tenants can connect to wifi but no internet

do they connect to same SSID from R500 as old tenant do or different SSID??
if different then check the configuration to see if there is any difference in configuration...
also at times when users are connecting to AP/SSID from a distance... Connection is ok however no internet...

They connected same with teenant SSID.

I am trying to reconnect my devices from his room..and success to connect to Internet.

but the new teenants still can connect to wifi but cannot do internet activities.

I think it's not, because other new teenants have some problem, all of their devices can connected to wifi, but cannot do internet activities
