We have used a management tool that provides the portal and allows payment by credit card. We provide a certain amount of bandwidth for free and they can pay for additional speed. It works for subscribers as well if you have a multi tenant dwelling. It's called SLICE and integrates with a Ruckus ZD or SCG. It can also work with some POS and Hotel Management Systems.
