Updating the R500 via AutoUpdate

I have tried several of the upgrade methods provided (FTP, HTTP)

FTP is configured as:  fwupdate1.ruckuswireless.com

Web is configured as:  http://fwupdate1.ruckuswireless.com/r500_10000_cntrl.rcks

Auto Upgrade:  enabled

But when I click perform upgrade it just fails.  Do I need to change the URL to where the file actually resides?

I've honestly never seen the auto/HTTP/FTP update work on a Ruckus AP since I started using it. It seems like it was more popular back in the good old days, but I've only had luck with manually upgrading via local file upload.

I have the same issue with the R700.
