Open google hangout ports (UDP ports 19302 through 19308) for guest access

I have a guest network. Guests has a access to only to internet. means port 80 & 443 is open at this moment. I also want to open UDP ports 19302 through 19308 for guest account.

I can only open udp port without mentioned port numbers, which I don't want. If I open udp frm ANY to ANY, its not ideal. I don't know where I should write a these ports 19302 through 19308.

Not sure, probably your Internet Router/Firewall for the guest VLAN network.
