My microsoft lumia failed to update new version, wht can i do?

I have used Microsoft Lumia for past 3 years, but recently noticed that my device failed to update new version, I did not know what the wrong in my device, so I contact Microsoft edge support for help, they told me the process, which will need to follow. I want an answer for those who face the same problem, Hope I will get my answer.
