I have a vSZ, vSCG upgraded to 3.1.1 and need to increase the client session idle timeout

I have a vSZ, vSCG upgraded to 3.1.1, and need to increase the client session idle timeout to 90 minutes. Currently it will only go to 1000 seconds. How can I increase this idle timeout.

The WLAN Inactivity Timeout (synonymous with Idle-Timeout) on vSZ platform, has

60 to 1000 second limits, hard-coded in firmware by design to prevent wasting system

resources.  If you have a valid business case to extend this value, you would need your

local Ruckus VAR or SE to submit a Field Request on your behalf, to present to the

Product Marketing managers for consideration.
