If you let it boot up completely, press the indented hardware reset button for 8 seconds and release.
This will restore the 2211 to factory default mode. Connect an Ethernet cable from the 2211 to your PC.
Do you get an IP address assigned to your PC (ipconfig from a CMD prompt)?
Do you get a ping response from 192.168.30.1, the default IP address?
If you get a DHCP assigned address and can ping the 2211, open a browser to https://192.168.30.1 and login
with 'super' userid, and password of 'sp-admin'.
Does that work?

I am not able to access this given url becauase i am not able to get responce form 192.168.30.1 url from cmd

Is 192.168.30.1 the IP address shown on the bottom label? Or is there a custom label from an ISP who OEM'd 2211s from Ruckus? (in which case we cannot help reconfigure)
