I have 2 ubiquiti AP's a cisco router.  My question is it possible have 5 ap's 2 ubiquitis and 3 R300 all connected to a zonedirector1200?  Is ruckus compatible with other brands?

Either should be fine in most cases. I can achieve gigabit speeds just fine wired with cat5e.
