After power cut, All services of SmartZone 100 are Down

Hi all,
I have a serious problem, after a power cut, the wifi does not work and I can not connect to the interface of the SZ 100 via the IP address

I tried with PuTTy, I found all the offline services, I restart the SmartZone and I boot and restart the services but the problem persists, always the LED status in red.

Did you try factory reset ? and restore your last configuration

IF we restore to factory default the back which we taken and saved inside the smartzone 100 would be available to restore to the last configuration????? please help
