Description: Hello, I checked my AP to see why I cannot connect to my accounts and reconfigure everything. When I go to the app, it says
, "You are not connected to the Unleashed network. Go to settings." Then, when I log into my Ruckus online account, nothing populates. When I try to go to the http://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com website, it tells me it cannot find the server, and then there is a "no internet" when I am on the configure.me wifi.
I will be transparent and inform your team that I have not logged onto Ruckus for years I am not even certain how long it has been disconnected.
