iPhone App Upgrade

I am running the latest firmware and latest iPhone app for Unleashed, and every time I log into the app it is asking me to upgrade my application when it is already the latest version.

I have tried several times in this thread to send you the pictures. If you don’t have them I’m not sure what to do. I will try attaching three more screenshots in this reply.

Hi @JRS,

I tried this in lab and the app only shows 200.14 and not the sub build.
However, at first it gave me a pop-up about new version available. I clicked on Upgrade >> The pop-up closed in seconds and it did not appear again.

Have you tried clicking on "Upgrade" and see what happens?
If you still see the same issue, probably can you try re-installing the Unleashed and then check?

Yes I have tried upgrade many times. 

However, every time I open the app, the pop up reappears. I have also uninstalled and reloaded the Unleased app many times including yesterday when you asked me to. 

This is chewing up too much time for all of us. It is not a significant issue. 

I was just reporting it because it shouldn’t be doing that. 

As it isn’t causing me any real issues, I am fine with it.
