Hello all, this is my 4th post regarding this issue. The only responses I receive are the same results. Tried ove 4 times at this point. Not continuing with this any more. I appreciate all your assistance attempts. All I wanted to do was solve my problem, never thought it was going to be so difficult.

I cannot proceed, cannot access the switch. Computer does not support it.
