Unable to Add Ruckus R670 AP to RUCKUS One Trial Account

Dear RUCKUS Support Team,

I am currently testing a RUCKUS One trial license and facing an issue when trying to add a RUCKUS R670 access point to the cloud.

Current situation:
• RUCKUS One trial license has been successfully activated.
• The R670 access point is powered on, operating in standalone mode, and has normal Internet connectivity.
• However, when I try to add the AP to RUCKUS One using the serial number, the device does not appear online and cannot be onboarded to the cloud.

Request for clarification:
1. What are the supported firmware versions for RUCKUS R670 to be successfully onboarded to RUCKUS One?
2. Does the AP need to run Standalone/Solo (cloud-ready) firmware instead of Unleashed firmware in order to join RUCKUS One?
3. If possible, could you confirm the recommended firmware version for R670 when using RUCKUS One?
4. Are there any specific network requirements (ports, URLs, firewall rules) that must be allowed for the AP to communicate with RUCKUS One?

This information will help us verify whether the issue is related to firmware compatibility or network configuration.

Thank you very much for your support.
I look forward to your guidance.

Hello,

1) Could you please share the current firmware version on the AP by running the below CLI command?

#get version

2) Please check and confirm if the AP is pinging the URLs mentioned below.

#device.eu.ruckus.cloud

#device.asia.ruckus.cloud

#device.ruckus.cloud

3) Please try to add the AP in the cloud using the command.

set scg ip device.eu.ruckus.cloud -------->>>>> if your account in EU region.

set scg ip device.asia.ruckus.cloud---------------->> if the account is in Asia region.

set scg ip device.ruckus.cloud ------------------->> if the account is in US region.

4)
