R560 never contacted cloud

I have several new R560's that will not provision with the cloud. They're running version 118.2.0.0.875. Is there a different firmware version I need to load?

Hi There,
Ideally the APs should connect without any issue. Could you please confirm if the below details have been checked:

  • Is the AP getting a valid IP routable to Internet?
  • Does the AP have a valid DNS server?
  • Is the AP serial # added to R1?
  • Are you able to connect other AP models to R1 from the same port where the current R560s are corrected?
  • Is the AP powered with 803.at or higher PoE standards?
  • Are you able to login to the AP CLI?
  • If yes,

Validate the Cloud discovery status: get scg
The AP certificate status: get rpki-cert issuer
ping device.ruckus.cloud
