Update from Cloud RNOC - Tues 2/23 @ 8am PDT

Please be advised, a software upgrade to the Ruckus Cloud
Services environment will begin tomorrow, Tuesday February 23 at 8:00AM PST. The expected downtime will last 6 hours. From a customer perspective, this will only impact the management portal, which will be unavailable until the upgrade process has completed. There will be no rebooting required of APs as a result of these changes.


This upgrade will result in:

1.       Establishment of a new primary URL, to access the system.

We will continue to support via a URL redirect mechanism through our GA launch.

2.       Cloud services stability improvements via high availability infrastructure and software improvements.

3.       Improvements due to bug fixes, with prioritization inputs from both Customer Support and DevOps, based on your ongoing feedback and product interactions.



A follow up communication will be sent out notifying you of completion of the software upgrade.
