Ruckus Cloud - KFM only Error

Since the weekend I have been unable to log into the Cloud dashboard
https://cloud.ruckuswireless.com/redirector?region=EU
I only get "KFM only" displayed.
I have tried using another internet connection and device (at home) and have the same outcome.
I'm based in the UK.
Is there an issue at the moment?

Thanks Darrel - I can confirm that this is still happening today. I have been unable to access the cloud portal since the weekend and this is obviously extremely frustrating.

Hi Phil,
Thanks for your reply. Since my initial post I've logged a support case and it's been prioritised internally to a P1 (the highest level).
In the interim you can use: https://cloud-eu.ruckuswireless.com
I've checked with my own Cloud account and this works fine.
I'll let you know as soon as the final solution has been implemented.
