Ruckus Social Media Login

I've configured a WLAN to run a social media login for Microsoft Azure. I configured it according to the official documentation. After connecting to the wifi and entering my account and password, I found that I could not redirect and got an error message: 500 internal Server Error. How can I solve this problem? thanks

Did you get this working. I do not get error 500 but just a white blank page.

Hi Craig,

Could you please let me know if the users are using corporate accounts with their Azure AD based credentials?

They are part of our Azure Tenant. We also tried doing Radius instead, but could not get the authentication page to pop up on iOS devices.

Is the issue noticing to all the clients or just the iOS?

Also, did you get a chance to check if HTTPS/HTTP traffic is allowed at the firewall's end??
