I have the Ruckus ICX 7150-c-12P . It is not currently powering up. I tried to unplug and replug after a minute and that didn't work. I tried to switch the cord and that didn't work. I also tried to unplug and do a factory reset and still no power no light show up from any method I tried. the outlet does have power, it was tested with another device. I ran a scan for IP and no results. Will i be able to have a replacement sent or will I have to purchase another router.
