RUCKUS Self-Help is a new initiative from CommScope RUCKUS TAC to enhance communication with customers by sharing knowledge on RUCKUS Products and Technology.
The current content is driven for vSZ/SZ, Unleashed, ICX, and Admin & Licensing services. This will help cover a large range of topics across different products and features that can assist you and your customers in resolving issues that may arise.
Content will be posted regularly by the RUCKUS TAC teams, so check back regularly for new content. We welcome your feedback and suggestions for additional topics/issues to be addressed under the Comments section.
