Admin Password reset for Ruckus zonedirector 1200

Hi Team,

We want to reset the admin password(Ruckus zonedirector 1200), without loosing any configuration. Can I do it ? or any alternate to login.

Our last admin forgot the password and we don't have backup of it.

Hi,

In case you are not able to login to the ZD1200 using the admin credentials, the only way to reset the password is to to factory reset the ZD1200.

In case you had the backup or ZD1200 debug file the Ruckus TAC could have helped you to find the Password.

Okay, wow, that's a tricky one, Venkat. Losing admin access is never fun. I think some Ruckus devices have a factory reset button that lets you in but... yeah, that's gonna wipe your config.
