Hello, my ZoneDirector version (9.13.3.0.41) and the current Unleashed firmware of the new R510 (110.0.0.0.663) require the download of the "Controlled Mode Firmware" compatible with ZoneDirector 9.13.3. Could you recommend a firmware version for me to download? I'm not sure which one to choose.

Hi Ison,
The version 110.0.0.0.663 is a standalone (solo) release. You may upgrade the R510 to version 114.0.0.0.6565 https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/2765-ruckus-solo-access-point-114-0-0-0-6565-ga-software...
Once the upgrade is complete, please run the command below in the AP CLI and share the observation:
set director ip <ZD IP address>
Additionally, kindly provide the following information:
Are the AP and ZD in the same subnet, or are they connected via a WAN link?
AP CLI output of the following commands:
get director
get version
get ipmode wan
get rpki-cert issuer

Vasanth Edward, thank you very much for replying to my message and answering my questions.
I have upgraded the firmware according to your instructions. And enter "set director ip <ZD IP address>" in the AP command line. Then I reconnected the AP device to the switch, and checked it in the AD backend. It still showed "A new AP requests to join, pending approval of the administrator". I have also agreed to connect at the access point. But it has always shown: "This Access Point has not yet been approved and connected. Click the 'Allow' action (if present) and wait for the AP to complete the connection."

Hi Ison,
From the above response, it appears that the AP is not yet approved to join the ZD-managed network. Please click on the “Allow” option highlighted in the screenshot to permit the AP to join the ZD network.
Additionally, if you would like APs to automatically join the ZD network without requiring administrator approval each time, please enable the Approval option under Access Point Policies.
Please let me know if you have any queries and confirm whether the AP has successfully joined the network.
