unable to connect R650 to ZD1200

we have ZD1200 Device and we are recently purchased R650 Access Points 

when we connect to ZD it wont connect 

please give me solution

Hi Mahesh,

What is the firmware version on ZD1200 and R650? Is the AP showing up on ZD but fails to connect, or it doesn't even show up on ZD?

Also, please share the output of below command from AP.

R650 AP model isn't supported on the current ZD firmware. Support for R650 with ZD1200 is added in the version 10.4.0.0.69. We recommend upgrading to latest 10.5.1 firmware if the existing AP models(other than R650) are also supported.

Note: To upgrade directly to release 10.5, you must be running 10.3 or a later release. If you are running an earlier release, you must first upgrade to at-least 10.3 GA release build before upgrading to this release.
