heartbeat lost

I had ZD3000 running version 9.8.3.0 build 58 and Zoneflex 7025 , 7343 .

suddenly and i got message AP hearbeat lost and none of the APs is connected.


It's Hotel and guests are very upset

Any ideas

?

Does the controller have any lights on?

yes , the controller is  working and i able to access it

is there any specific light ?

Hi 

Please upgrade the firmware version of controller.

Please check the ethernet connectivity form switch to access points.
 
Mentioned AP's 7343 is EOL and running on single band replace it.

But unfortunately i can't upgrade the firmware cause it is the latest one the can allow the controller to manage 7025 and 7343
