My son had a demolished an existing home and had a new one built. In the backyard the is a flat black wire that is almost hanging on top of his fence the wire is coming off a power pole and has 2 black boxes 2” high by 6” by9”) on it that say “COMMSCOPE”.
any idea of what this black wire is for? All of the electrical and communication wires for his home have been put underground.
