Updating Failure message when trying to update PKI certificate

I've been update the PKI certs on some AP's that I've recently added. Two of them are refusing to update their certificates just reporting back "Updating Failure"

Any idea's how to get resolve this

We're running 9.13.3.0 build 22

I have followed the KB article &updated the other 48 AP's no problem just have two that refuse to update

This is still an issue that doesn't seem to have a resolution. Has anyone figured this out?
