T610 Recover.Me Passwords not working

Following a factory reset, I am trying to upgade my T610 AP to the lasted unleashed firmware but I can't connect to the Recover.Me SSID. The S/N as a password does not work nor the character string "ruckus-<admin password>"

I have also connected directly through a PoE injector / ethernet cable on 192.168.0.1 but at the Ruckus Unleashed login in page (below) I can't login using super/sp-admin or admin/admin.

Any ideas on how to progress to the upgrade page?
