Hi,
The model details you gave is for the ICX Switch.
Are you using any Access Points running in Unleashed version?
You can login to the Access Point from the browser and then you can find the version and model details.

Hi,
The Router you have, is it Ruckus model?
If yes, you can open the browser and type its ipaddress as https://192.168.0.1 where 192.168.0.1 is the default IP address.
Once you get access, please enter the credentials.
You can find the version under Admin & Services >> System >> System Info.
Also, is this a Lennar homes setup?

It is a Ruckus model, and yes, it's a Lennar home setup. However, I can't log in to the Ruckus account, so I can't find the IP address. Please help.
