Title covers it really. I hard reset my AP in order to turn off Gateway mode. Upon reboot I was having a lot of trouble accessing it over ethernet at 192.168.0.1.
However I could see the configure.me network so set it up using this. The setup goes normally until the reboot, at which point the network created during setup does not show up on a nearby PC but the configure.me network pops back up.
I can access this network and enter the admin panel, but it looks normal. It says it is broadcasting the network which does not show up and creating a new network does not solve the issue.
Any ideas?

Ah, think I was getting a setup stage wrong. I was selecting 'DHCP' instead of 'Manual' - although I'm not sure why this caused what I saw.
