Ruckus R370 not connecting to Ruckus One - also no firmware available to download

Hi,

I have a lot of the new AP R370's not connecting to Ruckus One and flashing amber. I can get into their SSH and Web Interface and all looks okay, I am trying to refresh/upgrade its firmware however there are no files available or really any troubleshooting help with this new AP! 

Any help, appreciated!

Thank you for writing to us on the RUCKUS Community Forum.

As per the list of supported devices for RUCKUS One (https://www.ruckusnetworks.com/ruckus-one-supported-network-devices/), the R370 is currently not supported.

Support for the R370 may be added in the future; however, there is no confirmed ETA at this time. We recommend keeping an eye out for official announcements from RUCKUS regarding updates to supported devices.

The R370 will be supported starting from firmware version 7.1.1.520. The tentative ETA for this release is 28th this month.

Is there an updated ETA? The datasheet on your website says the 370 is supported, but its still not...

Hi Alistair,

Firmware version 7.1.1.520.830 is available in RUCKUS One and supports the R370. Please upgrade the venue to this version before adding the R370 to the network.
