R670 unleashed, DC adapter, lan from POE port to Windows 11 Pro with Norton AV, per instructions:
Step 1: Flashing yellow light. OK.
Step 2: Preparing computer dialogue box requires DNS (cannot leave empty) to save, also tried admin command netsh to assign static IP
Step 3: can ping 192.168.0.1 but do not get dialogue box, instead refuse to connect
Does browser matter (tried Chrome, Brave, Edge)? Is there a special cookie setting or privacy setting necessary? Disabled Norton AV, no luck either.
Tried to factory reset, no luck either. Must be something simple I am missing.
