Microsoft Teams Audio / Video issues with ICX7150-C12 and R510 AP's

Hi all, I have the setup in the title. When using Microsoft Teams for audio or video calls, I have issues where transmitted (sent) audio seems to pause briefly then catch up. Almost as if the traffic gets buffered then released quickly.

The problem only appears for the people on the other end of the call. My side (receiving) is fine.

I have the same issue on both an iphone as well as Windows and Mac devices.When I use the same internet connection with a non-Ruckus WAP that's not connected to the Ruckus switch the issue goes away. 

I'm on AP firmware and Switch firmware SPS08090d.
