I am using an R610 connected to a Power Injector for power supply, with the other end of the Injector left unconnected. The R610 is configured for mesh networking to connect to the network. I am trying to connect a notebook to the LAN port on the R610, but the port is not coming up, preventing the notebook from connecting. Device details: - Controller: Ruckus SmartZone 1200 - Access Point: Ruckus R610 Is there any additional configuration needed to enable this LAN port? Please advise if there are specific settings required to get this port working.

Hi Natthakrit,
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Support via the Community Forum.
As per the R610 datasheet (https://webresources.ruckuswireless.com/datasheets/r610/ds-ruckus-r610.pdf), for the LAN1 port to function properly, the Access Point must be powered using 802.3at (PoE+).
Kindly ensure that the AP is receiving adequate power.
