Se me pone el indicador del 5G en naranja y después da wifi y después ya no da wifi y así todo el rato lo actualicé, lo restablecí y no sé que hacer

Could you please let me kwon the AP model and the SZ model and version?

Also please let me know is the issue seen on only Mobile phones or also on the laptops?

Is the Wifi getting disconnected intermediately?
