Cant connect to admin menu on my R650

I am trying to convert a new purchase R650 to Unleashed.  However when I connect to the AP directky via ethernet I cannot reach 192.168.0.1.  I even tried IP sniffing to find the APs IP address but it does not show one.  The AP is powered and the CLT light is blinking.  It is almost as if there is no firmware on the AP.

Hi @Murph972 

Can you try doing a Factory reset on the AP by pressing the reset for more than 10 seconds?
This will ensure to remove any configuration on the AP and reset it to default settings including the IP.

Once done, then try to ping the IP address. and then you can connect to the AP on the GUI.

I have a similar issue. after pressing the reset button for more than 10 seconds the AP does not revert to 192.168.0.1.  I have moved my DNS server to 192.168.0.10 to ensure there is no overlap too. I am unable to reach the R650 AP to install it and connect it to my network. I have also scanned my network on 192.168.0.1  to 192.168.0.254 and also unable to find it. Do you have any ideas?
