AP goes offline after dhcp change on customer site. Can`t reconnect to scg public ip

If version of AP is 5.0.0.753, that was associated to SZ.

Thats true. The AP was connected to SZ. But after changing the dhcp settings in the customer network, the AP goes offline. Now i can`t connect the AP back to controller.

How do he change dhcp setting?

If after changing dhcp setting, check their network setting(routing or nat or FW policy  setting.)

If you don't find cause, capture network dump using mirroring.

You may find where is not communicate Ap with SZ.

Change dhcp server and add ntp server as option 42.

There are no changes in routing, nat or fw. But i will check it.
