What social media platform do you suggest to work with Ruckus Zone Director?

Truth be told I am not sure it is a bag of ZD. Double check your setting and do a packet analyzing.
WiFi is not able to change MPEG transport stream (filter some elementary audio/video/data streams). 
You can use some MPEG Analyzer for example StreamGuru and step by step check all control points to find a source of the issue.
