We moved into the new house and I am unable to use the Ruckus Wifi System in the house. I am new this system and donot know how to reset this wifi access point.

Hi @Rags

There should be a label on the rear side of the AP, you will find the SSID name and passwords.

You can try accessing the SSID for internet access.

If you want to reset the AP to re-configure everything, you will have to do factory reset by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds.

Below is the link on how to access the AP after the factory reset and configure the SSID.
After the factory reset, you can access the "Configure.Me" SSID, there should not be any password, or you can use AP serial number as password.

Thank you for posting, I recommend first checking this guide, as it will help you connect your internet service to the Ruckus wifi System.

Then, please follow this guide to access the system and find the wifi name and password, you can change it there if needed.

Thank you for following up.. I was able to check on Access points..

but I am not able to access unleashed.ruckuswireless.com.. as mentioned in the second link.. for changing the SSID name and passwords..

when I try to access unleashed.ruckuswireless.com .. it is pointing me to sourceforge.net/arris/ this website

how can i change the current ssid and its password for my choosing.

Hi @Rags

I believe you are connected to the either to Switch or the SSID so that you can reach to the URL.
If yes can you check if you are able to ping the URL in the laptop command prompt ?

Thank you for the update, as the unleashed.ruckuswireless.com link is not working, please follow this guide to find the IP address of your Ruckus APs:

Once you find the ip address, you need to enter that in your browser (all browsers work, but I recommend Firefox), that will take you to the Unleashed login page. (This is explained in more detail on the guide mentioned)
