Hello, we have 2 ICX7450 in stack. We have enabled OSPF process. I see LSA in ospf database, but there are no routes in Routing table. What can be issue?
Version of software is SPR09010d. OSPF Neighbor is Cisco Router.
Hi Asdasdas
Thank you for reaching us
If this is a new setup would suggest to upgrade the switch to latest version 9010j_cd2 and then test.
Thanks
Thanks @Chandini for your reply.
We have 2 Cisco Routers ISR4000 (For Failover) connected and established OSPF neighborship with this ICX7450. R2 - is main router and R1 - is standby, all routes are the same from both Routers. When R2 is running, then all routes exists is ICX7450 Routing table, but when for some reasons (for example, ISP issue) R1 became active, routes are gone from ICX7450...
Peer between ICX7450 and routers are Point-to-Point (ospf network type), Area 1 (Router 1) and Area 2 (Router 2). Such config works on ICX7250 (SPR08090mc) in another office.
Also there is another device which has established ospf peering with these 2 routers and in case of failover it works good. Issue is just with ICX7450.
Some routes are not learn, this is not new setup
Ack and Noted. From the details mentioned, what I understand is that the 7450 is a sack of two units where R2 is active and R1 is standby.
Is that correct ? So what I understand is in failover situation issue is noticed.
Since in other site switch is running in 8090mc and this is a old setup , could you please let me know if the OSPF setup was existing in 7450 switch ?
If yes then was the failover tested when the switches were put to production and was it working fine then ?
Did the switch have 9010d version from the time of installation or was the switch upgraded to 9010d version ?
Could you share output of "show flash"
show flash output:
7450 - is new installation, there was no any configuration. There was different firmware version, I did upgrade up to 9010d earlier. I did some additional tests and there is results:
When R2 - is active routes are adding to the routing table. In the same time neighborship with R1 is existing, but if R2 - lose routes from HQ (These 2 routers are receiving routes from HQ via IPsec over GRE), ICX7450 cant receive routes from R1. But if I kill connection with R2 (disable port or kill ospf peering) ICX7450 is receiving routes from R1.
Identical configuration is working with ICX7250 (SPR08090mc) and with some another vendors in different branch offices.
Ack and Noted.

Hello
Still the same after upgrade up to 9010j_cd2
Hello,
Still need help
Ack and Noted. Could you please open a case using the below link.
Hello @Chandini Thanks for your reply, unfortunately we have not active support license...
But I found something stranger, please see attaches files.v445 - It's Router-1 with 10.10.255.1 IP address assigned
v446 - It's Router-2 with 10.10.254.1 IP address assigned
But in "show ip ospf neighbor" we see that there is the same ip address. Is it bug from ICX side?
Hello, any ideas?
Ack and Noted. Right the neighbor information on ve 445 should reflect 10.10.255.1. Could you also try the below command and check if the below commands display the correct details for the respective ve.
Hi @Chandini , there is output of commands:
I tried to redeploy ospf config, but result is the same
Ack and Noted. Thanks for reaching us.
Would you be able to share your running configuration from both switches here on the portal ?
I will check from my end but would take some time.
@Hello@Chandini Thanks for your reply,

Ack and Noted. Thanks
Hello @Chandini what it can be? software issue yes?
We are checking on this. Will keep you posted here.
@Chandini Hello,
I also tried to change OSPF neighborship type, change timers, change Auth type, but result is the same...
