Significant internet delay from access points

I have the ICX 7150-C129 switch with 2 access points. 2 days ago I started experiencing significant delay in connection through the access points. I confirmed I have adequate internet access to the switch and access points and power cycled both my router and the switch several times to no avail. This is impacting internet access and connection for ring cameras, baby monitor cameras and connected garage doors. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any feedback on how to troubleshoot?

Hello!

To help diagnose and resolve this issue efficiently, please answer the following questions regarding your network setup:

Frequency: Is the network impact constant, or does it happen only a few times during the day?
Access Point Power: During a failure, do the Access Points remain powered on, or do you notice any loss of power?
Wired Speed Test: Please connect a computer via Ethernet directly to the ICX 7150 switch, run a speed test, and share the results with us.

Additionally, we need a few logs from the switch. Please refer to the guide provided below to access the command-line interface (CLI) of the switch. Once logged in, run and share the output of the following commands:

show version
show poe
show flash
show log

To find the proper troubleshooting, we need to verify a few things in the network, so please response to the next questions:

How ofthen the netowkr has been inptact alwAYS or few times during the day?

During failure thoes the Access Points remains power on ir you see any lost if power from the Access Points?

Please WIRE a computer direclty to the ICX 7150 Switch and run a speed test, let us know the results,

Now we need you share few logs from Swithc, fr this we need you gain access, let me share the guide will help, once you are in please share the next inouts

Hello, thanks for the response.

Frequency: Network impact is constant

Access Point Power: neither of the access points experience a loss of power

Wired directly to the switch: 13.9mbps download, 25.7mbps upload

Wireless Connection (same device, just not connected via ethernet): 66.2 mbps download, 15.5mbps upload

I was unable to find the IP address for the switch, none of the connections came up with the manufacturer names referenced in the guide. There were 8 devices that came-up with no Manufacturer listed, I can try all them in succession if it's important to find the right one. Please advise.

If the IP address cannot be found, you will need to gain console access. There is no need of the switch IP address for this. Please share the requested outputs once you are connected.
