Ruckus 310 to Century Link Router

Question

hi, just moved into an apartment and it has a ruckus 310 in factory reset mode. The WiFi works but I don’t think the ruckus device is connected to it. It’s blinking green pwr and clt. The century link router is green and working, connected to the wall outlet. The ruckus device has a white cable connected to a black power block at the Poe port, which is then connected to the wall outlet. What do I do from here? I connected to the configure me network, created an SSID, but it has no network. I have a feeling I’m missing something. Does the ruckus need a cable to my century link router?

Thank you for the details. Yes, the ICX7150 switch must be connected directly via Ethernet cable to the router provided by your service provider via an Ethernet cable. Otherwise, the Access Points will power on but won't have internet connectivity.

Hi @cresenciab

You will need to connect the R310 AP to the Router via a cable for the internet access.
