Registering a New Account

Click the "Register" Button

In the Welcome area, top of the right hand column, click Register.

Click "Join Now" on RUCKUS SSO

In the RUCKUS SSO page, click the Join Now link at the bottom.

Fill out the Registration Form

Follow the instructions to register for a Support Account. This will allow you to log into both Community and the RUCKUS Support Portal.

Please use your business email account if applicable. You'll need to confirm your email so this needs to be an active email address.

Confirm your Email

A confirmation email is sent to the address you entered. Click the button or link in the email to verify your account.

Return to Community and Click "Sign In"

Return to https://community.ruckuswireless.com and click the Sign In button.
