From the case description, I can understand that you want to change your username and password for Unleashed Wifi.
Please refer to the below link for the same:

You could also create a new WLAN or SSID with a new Username and Password. For this, you need to log in to Unleashed. Please refer to the below link.

I was trying to change my actual WLAN username and password and wanted to know how to complete that task. I am trying to login to unleashed but never recall receiving a username and password therefore wanted to know how to obtain that as well in order to make the changes.

As we discussed, to reset your Wi-Fi password, we need access to Unleashed. And as you mentioned that you don’t have credentials to log in to Unleashed, the only option we have is Resetting the Access Point where you can change your Unleashed credentials and later we can change the Wi-Fi Password from Unleashed.

Your Reset Wi-Fi password in Unleashed: video is for the Wifi AP admin password and not how the change the WiFi access password!! How to change the actual WiFi access password when the WLAN already exists?

As you are trying to reset you unleashed Wi-Fi password.
First, we should have access to Unleased Web or Unleashed Mobile Application. Please make sure you have access to Unleashed Web or Unleashed Mobile App.
Please browse and log in to your Unleashed account.
Select Wi-Fi Network>>Select your WLAN Network (SSID)>>Edit WLAN>>Change the password
