how can I get my ruckus working again? i have rebooted the router and did not work
Hi @J_R_K
Only one Access Point will have the CTL light on, because that will be the master.

Please answer to the next questions in details.
1:Are the Access points getting power?
2:If the Access Points are getting power, can you connect to the SSID/Wi-Fi ID?
3:Is the SSID/Wi-Fi ID from the Access Point is slow, but the AT&T work fine?
4:Please confirm if the ICX7150 Switch SYS LED light is amber or green?
yes they have power
no cant connect to SSID
not working at all. i lost the wifi name totally
yes they green
why would i loose the wifi name totally?
i ahve rebooted the rucksys router.
i can;t turn off the ruckus router as all the cables from the house are going to that router first and then the ATT router.
Hi @ J_R_K
1:Can you confirm what is the status of the next light in the Access Point, using the next guide to provide the details?
R510 LED lights

PWR:
2.4g:
5G:
2: Please wire a computer with an Ethernet cable to the ICX7150 Switch and confirm if you have internet with the same speed when you are connected to the AT&T router.
3:Find the IP address of the Access Points and try to gain access to the Unleashed dashboard with the IP address of the master Access Point, if you have more than one access point you will find several IP addresses so try all of them, one will bring you to the login page, the credentials are the same as the APP(I will add some default ones in case you don't know it), take in consideration that you must be connected to the AT&T internet.

4: Once you gained access to the Unleashed dashboard(you need to copy and paste the IP address of the master in the Web browser), check that the SSID is enabled and that the 2.4 and 5G signals are enabled.
Wi-Fi Networks> Edit> Advanced Options > Radio Control>Enable WLAN on>choose all to enable both radios in the SSID/Wi-Fi you choose.
Wi-Fi Networks>Edit>enable
the pwoer is on and the CTL is sold green.
there are NO lights on 2.4G or 5 g (that is the issue)
The ICX7150 is a Switch not a router, its job will be providing power to the Access point and transfer the data to the ISP AT&T router, and in any of my steps I am asking to remove a cable, you can follow up the steps as long you computer is connected via Wi-Fi to the AT&T router.
Yes, if the 2.4 and 5G are off, can be just disable or damage, so please gain access to the Unleashed dashboard with the IP address of the Access Point.
i got into my dashboard suing the IP address found using the advnaced IP scanner
it shows the Internet is connected; that is good
it shows 1 ethernet port enabled and the other with a red x (is that the issue)
got the IP address, gatway and DNS info.
when i click on wifi network, it says 1 wifi network whcih is Cyborg DH (which is correct0
but i don;t see where the SSID needs to get enabled and how to be fure 2 g and 5 g are enabled.
this is waht i see when i select eidt wifi
i was able to add a new wifi network.
the 2g and 5 g lights are yellow
why won't my old one come back on line?
i got one of my access points working.
the other one has the CTl as OFF. how can i get that working again
Are you able to see the SSID/Wi-Fi Signals, because the yellow color just means is enable, but there are no clients connected using that signal, will change to green as soon you connect your devices(phone, computer, smart devices so on)
Hello -
I believe we are experiencing a similar issue. I do not know if it was a power outage or internet outage that caused the Access Points to stop working. The white control box thing has one amber/orange light and one green light. And the 2 access points have no lights at all. What can we do to get the Access Points working again?
Hi @Bethany
Basically if the switch has one green and one yellow light, it means that the switch is stuck in boot mode.
1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.
2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick

If this step doesn't work, we need to perform a software recovery.
Here is the quick guide to perform software recovery.
How to perform a Software recovery on an ICX7150 switch

Ruckus ICX Recovery Load boot code from boot monitor
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RHriOYYD_iI&t=7s
Note: after fixing the issue of the Switch been stuck in boot mode, please perform an upgrade to the code 08095g UFI and upgrade both partitions with the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin, so perform the software recovery using the code 08090k with the upgrade image file named SPS08090k.bin, then when the switch is back to normal upgrade to the file SPS08095gufi.bin for both partitions primary and secondary.
