Can’t get switch back online nor one of two routers. I have unplugged the switch several times. Any technical support will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Hi @LetsGetIt
In order to assist you better, please response the next questions:
1:Please describe the state of the ICX7150 Switch?(is powering up or not)?
2:Does this happen after a power outage or out of the blue?
3:Is the ICX7150 Switch providing power to the APs or not?
4:is the ICX7150 Switch System light yellow/orange/Amber?
Best regards,

It is powering up
A few times out of the blue but most recently it was a power outage
It is providing power to APs
I am seeing green light on switch and APs.
Seems like you are presetting the routing code issue due the power outage the switch starts running the wrong code if the APs are powering up
As a solution for now you can connect to your local router via Ethernet or Wi-Fi and you are not going to have connectivity issues from there
I will leave a short Guide about the normal setup for home users:
Where the main (white) box in your cabinet is the switch (ICX 7150-12CP)
And the boxes on the ceiling are the Wireless Access Points

We have 2 ways to access to the Switch 1- In a logical way via Ip address (IPs are logical addresses given by the local router) so we would have to track which IP is that of the Switch (that is using).
2-This guide show you how to track the IP address of the Switch

3-This guide show you how to access remotely to your switch

4-Here are the steps how to fix the ‘routing code’ step by step (2 guides)
In simple words write the following commands and hit enter to accept each command:
enablecopy flash flash secondary boot system flash secondary yes
example:ICX7150-24P Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command) ICX7150-24P Router#copy flash flash secondary ( hit enter to accept the command and wait : until the flash finished ) ICX7150-24P Router#boot system flash secondary yes ( hit enter to accept the command : the switch will reboot )

The other method to access to the switch is via console (cable access) in this case we need a USB type C to USB standard or Console cable Rj45 to USB.
5-Here is the guide on how to access through the console and pre-install the necessary software

Once you are log in you can follow up the Routing code guides to fix the issue that are on the step ‘4’

My switch has been saying connecting/pending on the unleashed app. Just trying to get the switch up and going.
The message connecting/pending, just means that the Switch is not associated to the Unleashed system for monitoring, however it is online, now if the connection is slow you need to fix the routing code issue first before adding the switch, so if in the View you have the switch showing as ICX7150-routing you need to fix that first, actually there is a possibility that after fix that issue the switch will be added by default.
1:check if the Switch is showing as ICX7150-routing, if that is the case follow up the next guide:
How to Fix Routing code issues on Lennar Home users via Web GUI.

2:If you have fixed the routing code issue and the Switch was not added, and you are running a code 08090 or higher, follow up the next guide:
