1:Do you have another access point that is working?
2:Can you move the connection from the not working AP to the working AP port to ensure that the issue is not the port where is connected.
3:The Switch where the Access Point is connected, have other devices that are working fine?
Let me check and get back to you tomorrow
Run the Test and let me know the results.
Not working. Rukus has red light. Wireless printer, outside camera, Alexa and google all not working. Please create a ticket and replace rukus.
Hi @M8
Do you have you own post ? This is to keep the conversation order separate for each topic and for smoother communication.
We cannot approve or replace units without proper troubleshooting.
When the PWR light is solid red most of the times is indicating a firmware mismatch version.
1-Please try to disconnect the Ethernet cable from the ICX-1750 that goes to the Wireless Access Point , wait about 5 minutes and connect it back
Here is a guide with the connections in order to understand where is plug in each device

I moved but it doesn’t help. Same problem
I tried swapping the access points still the AP is dead
When I moved another functional AP to the same it is working
Appears like something wrong with the AP.
Hi @ramgopaluv
Based on your troubleshooting you have done, you have confirmed that the AP is the only one affected, this unit must be RMA (return merchandise authorization) means replace it.
Feel free to contact us via chat, comment you already have a post, copy the link from the post and paste it into the chat to start unit replacement.
