Access point connection management

My access points are up a running, but I dont have access to manage the network. It is telling me that I am not connected to the Unleashed network. Please provide the steps to get me connected to the access points.

For example if I want to change the password for the network how would I do that?

Sure. If access via the Unleashed app or unleashed.ruckuswireless.com still isn't working while connected wirelessly, you will need to access the Web GUI using the IP address of the Master AP. If you're unsure which unit is the Master, you'll need to enter each AP's IP address into your web browser one by one to find it.
