Ruckus Home Internet Crashed and Fails to Boot (APs stuck in Recover.Me and Configure.Me)

I have a Ruckus ICX7150-12CP along with 2 APs that are PoE. Overnight something has happened and the system failed to boot, probably stuck in a bootloop.

I managed to both powercycle and factory reset the main switch and eventually got it to restart. However both APs were no longer set up and were showing up as Recover.Me wifi networks to connect with. I tried to log in using the printed password on the devices but that failed as well as every permutation of login (sp-admin, admin, Lennar, etc.).

I eventually pressed the hard reset button on one of the switches and it changed to Configure.Me. That AP is no longer accepting a wifi password and allows me to connect but is not transmitting any signal through the switch back to the main modem.

For reference no hardware was changed, shifted, or broken. I am not really certain was caused the issue. I have also deleted the router function within my switch, so it only operates as a switch. I am on AT&T gigabit fiber which is wired through the house to the ruckus switch.

Thank you for the details provided. If a password is requested, the recovery password is the serial number of that Access Point. Next, connecting to the Configure.me wireless network is required to set up the system from scratch this network is temporary and will no provide any connectivity, Here are the steps to perform the setup:

Step 1: Isolate the Target AP

Disconnect the second or all the Access Points (AP) completely from the RUCKUS ICX switch (or power it off).
Keeping only one AP connected and powered on ensures the second AP does not interfere during the initial Unleashed system setup.

Step 2: Perform the Factory Reset

Perform a physical factory reset on the connected AP using the reset pinhole.
Once reset, connect to the setup Wi-Fi network: Configure.Me-XXXXXX.
Note: If you see a recovery-XXXXXX network instead, the password will be the exact Serial Number of that Access Point.
Follow the steps in this guide to reconfigure the system:

Step 3: Reconnect the Second AP

If the first AP sets up successfully, reconnect the second AP to the switch so it automatically joins the Unleashed network as a Member AP.
If the first AP fails during setup, power it off and repeat this exact process with the second AP.
