Overlapped Subnet IP range

I am having problem with Ruckus R710 Subnet configuration:

I have configured Local Subnet 1 with following:

Enabled
Local IP: 192.168.40.1
Mask: 255.255.255.0
DHCP: Enabled
Starting Address: 192.168.40.10
Maximum DHCP Users: 240
Access VLAN: 40


When I try to configure Local Subnet 2 with following:

Enabled
Local IP: 192.168.50.1
Mask: 255.255.255.0
DHCP: Enabled
Starting Address: 192.168.50.10
Maximum DHCP Users: 240
Access VLAN: 50

I get message: 
Overlapped Subnet IP range

But I cannot understand why would it be? I have even tried further spread subnets like: 192.169.50.1 or something else, but still get same message...

Just updated the firmware and worked fine since then

Thankyou, I upgrade to version 104.0.0.0.1347 and works excelent !

No, changed to bridge mode so dont need it anymore
